Prior to receiving his J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1987, Mr. Wheeler attended the University of California at Berkeley (B.A., 1983). Admitted to the California Bar in 1987, he is a member of the Contra Costa Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates, SF Chapter. Mr. Wheeler specializes in property casualty and serious injury litigation.

Mr. Wheeler has spoken at seminars on various topics, including the Howell decision. He has tried cases before juries and the bench in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, SF, Sacramento, and Mendocino counties involving personal injury, real estate fraud, construction defect, real property rights and commercial business disputes. He is also a Walnut Creek native.
