AEDLER JO LEAN ATUTUBO

Aedler Atutubo is a Filipino lawyer born and raised in the Philippines. He obtained his law degree at Arellano University School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree from Air link International Aviation College (Aerospace Engineering). He holds a Masters’ Deg ree in Education, majoring in Aeronautical Management with a practical thesis focusing on aviation industry’s effect on carbon emission compliance in relation to international treaties. He passed the California Bar in 2021 and was admitted fully in 2022.

He first worked at Manila International Airport Authority as Corporate Legal Counsel, focusing on contract preparation, litigation, real estate, legal advisory, domestic and legal compliance, and other legal matters. Mr. Atutubo, later on in his tenure, was appointed administrative prosecutor, which actively prosecutes administrative infractions by employees. In addition, he was also appointed to the procurement services serving as counsel and consultant for the procurement department.

Aedler and his wife immigrated to the United States in 2020, where he worked as a legal staff under Randolph Frails of Frails and Wilson Law LLP. During his tenure, he handled various cases, from product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, estate planning, landlord-tenant cases, and legal compliance (drone permit compliance), to name a few.

Currently, he is an associate at McNamara, Ambacher, Wheeler, Hirsig & Gray LLP. His primary focus is landlord-tenant cases and personal injury cases.
