Mona Bauer is a litigation attorney with over 17 years of legal experience in insurance defense matters pertaining to personal injury, professional liability, construction defect litigations and premise liability.
She brings valuable experience to the firm with a focus on the successful defense of individuals and companies in a variety of different forums whether the cases are in civil litigation, mediation, binding and non-binding arbitration as well as appellate matters. During this process she works a diligent advocate for her clients to ensure a positive outcome.
She has taken hundreds of depositions, including expert depositions. She has been a second chair trial counsel on several cases throughout Northern California.
