Christopher Allard graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies (Economics, Sociology & Political Science) in 2003, and received his Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School in 2007.
Mr. Allard has been with the McNamara Law Firm since 2019; elevated to partner in 2023. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation including insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, landlord-tenant law, and the representation of public entities. Before joining McNamara, he was an associate at Bennett, Samuelsen, Reynolds & Allard, APC in Alameda, California.
He is a member of the State Bar of California, admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
