Paul A. Kanter

Mr. Kanter graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was on the law review and elected to the Order of the Coif, the national law school honor society. Mr. Kanter has more than 25 years of civil litigation experience, including in the fields of insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction defect, construction surety bonds, landlord-tenant, and general civil litigation. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s hands-on trial practicum. He has tried cases and handled appeals in California and Oregon state courts.

Mr. Kanter is admitted to practice law in in California, Oregon, Washington, and the District of Columbia.

In his free time, Mr. Kanter enjoys travel and history. His claim to fame is that he has visited every state in the United States. He has spent most of his life in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the North Bay where he grew up.
