Mr. McHugh graduated from University of San Francisco School of law in 2007. For the entirety of Mr. McHugh’s career he has been a full-time litigation attorney in both criminal and civil courts. He has appeared in court hundreds of times, conducted over two dozen jury trials, and close to 50 bench trials. His advocacy skills are tremendous, having appeared in court daily for over a decade, in both state and federal court.
Mr. McHugh is a member Contra Costa County Bar Association. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and cooking at home for his family.
