Sean Vincent graduated from the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2025. While at UC Law San Francisco, Sean served as Senior Editor of the Business Law Journal and was selected as a member of the UC Law Moot Court Team. Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Sean has focused his practice on civil litigation with experience in public entity defense. During his time at McNamara, Ambacher, Wheeler, Hirsig & Gray as a Law Clerk, he gained extensive experience preparing motions, conducting legal research, and assisting with depositions and court proceedings. He has also worked extensively on transportation law and regulatory matters through Clerkships with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office and the California Public Utilities Commission, where he worked on emerging issues related to autonomous vehicles and transportation technologies.
